Natural Hair Culture Ltd (referred herein as “Natural Hair Culture,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Site and provides products and services via the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

By (i) accessing the Site in any manner (whether automated or otherwise), (ii) purchasing or downloading something from us via the Site or (iii) providing any User Content (as defined below), you are using the Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced below or otherwise may apply to specific areas of the Site.

Certain features or products that you purchase or download from the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time that you use purchase or download them. In addition, some areas of the Site are provided by our third-party partners and are subject to separate terms and conditions of use.

You represent that you are legally able to accept these Terms and affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have obtained parental or guardian consent to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Rules of Conduct

There are a few rules of conduct that you are required to follow when you use the Service:

In addition, we have a policy of terminating the Site usage privileges of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. In the event that we suspend or terminate your access to and/or use of the Service, you will continue to be bound by the Terms that were in effect as of the date of your suspension or termination

 

Copyright Infringement Notices

If you are a copyright owner who believes in good faith that your copyrighted material has been reproduced, posted or distributed on this site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please inform our designated copyright agent by sending written notice by email to info@naturalhairculture.com.   1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Satisfaction Guarantee.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in violation of the Terms.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Occasionally there may be information on the Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site or in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Site or in the Service, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Site or in the Service, should be taken to indicate that all information on the Site or in the Service has been modified or updated.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

  1. ORDERS AND BILLING


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We will not be held responsible for any losses related to services in which the loss was a result of inaccurate information being provided by you or not being updated.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

 

Order Processing

Upon checkout, you will need to provide an email address and a phone number so we can send you an order confirmation email and keep you up to date on your order.  We will also send you a notification when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. 

 

  1. PAYMENT

We offer three types of payment:

  1. Option 1: JuicebyMCB (only for Mauritius & Rodrigues)
  2. Option 2: Bank Transfer
  3. Option 3: PayPal

 

Option 1: JuicebyMCB (only for Mauritius & Rodrigues)

Scan QR Code

  • Step 1 – Select ‘Juice’ at checkout
  • Step 2 – On your JuicebyMCB Mobile App, click on the ‘Scan and Pay’ bar and the ‘Scan QR Code’ will appear on screen.
  • Step 3 – Insert the order amount in ‘MUR’ and Order Number in the note space.

NOTE: Please include your order number as the reference. We can only reconcile your payment if an order number is included.

 

By Juice Merchant

If you are ordering from your mobile and are not able to scan the QR Code from your mobile Camera:  

  • Step 1 – On your JuicebyMCB App => click on ‘plus’ bottom.
  • Step 2 – Click on ‘List of Merchants’
  • Step 3 – Search for ‘Natural Hair Culture Ltd’ and select
  • Step 4 – Insert the order amount in ‘MUR’ and Order Number in the note space.

NOTE: Please include your order number as the reference. We can only reconcile your payment if an order number is included.

 

Option 2: Bank Transfer

The bank transfer process is displayed when you check out as follows:

  • Step 1 – Select Bank Transfer and complete your order
  • Step 2: After completing your order, you will be given our bank details by email in order to carry out the bank transfer.

NOTE: Please include your order number as the reference. We can only reconcile your payment if an order number is included.

 

Non MCB Transfers

This option can take a couple of business days, please send a proof of payment to info@naturalhairculture.com with your ‘order number’ as subject, to ensure that your order doesn’t get cancelled.

Our customer service team will be happy to assist with any queries. You can contact them via email only (info@naturalhairculture.com) for your queries.

Option 3: PayPal Payment

When you are browsing, the prices displayed are in Mauritian Rupees ‘MUR’. However, as we ship internationally, our default currency in PayPal is in US dollars. This means that the checkout cart and your invoice is in MUR but the actual payment will be done in USD, with indication of conversion rate.

Our accounts team reconciles bank transfers twice per day (Mon-Fri) at 8 am and in the afternoon. Orders without transfers are automatically cancelled after 48 hrs (unless you have sent a proof of payment from a non MCB bank).

Our bank transfer policy

Our warehouse will dispatch your parcel once the funds are received. The system will automatically cancel your order if a transfer isn’t received within 48 hrs.

We will however put a manual stop to the cancellation if you send a proof of payment from a non MCB bank.

We unfortunately cannot hold non paid orders for longer than 48 hrs due to the high demand and orders.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Home Delivery (Mauritius)

We offer free home delivery across Mauritius for orders over Rs 2,500. For orders under Rs 2,500, a home delivery fee of Rs 150 is charged. We use our own delivery service who will deliver your parcel directly to your work or home address.

You should receive your order within 1-3 business days.

 

If an order is returned to us because you have not answered our phone call or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & delivery fee of Rs 150 to have it re-delivered.

 

Postal Delivery via Mauritius Post office (Mauritius & Rodrigues)

If you choose postal delivery service, your order will be registered and posted at the Mauritius parcel post office in the next business working day. We do send orders more than 2 kg via post.

Mauritius postal fee: Rs75

Rodrigues postal fee: Rs150

You should receive your order within 4-7 business days.

Please make sure that all details, including shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order.

We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, you are responsible for picking up the parcel at your local post office.

 

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & home delivery fee of Rs 150 to have it re-delivered. We are not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and do not offer replacement packages.

 

If you have not received your parcel after 7 business days, please email us at info@naturalhairculture.com.  We can only track your delivery after the requested 7 business days, so please wait for the latter prior to contacting us about your parcel delivery.

 

International Shipping and Customs

We ship via DHL Express to selected countries in Africa including Reunion, Kenya, South Africa, Seychelles and Madagascar.  The international shipping cost is Rs 615 and the delivery time is 4-7 days.

 

Please note that you are responsible for any customs import duties (if applicable) levied by customs in your country.

 

Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship orders more than 2 kg.

Items in glass packaging are restricted for international shipping. Restriction relating to these items is indicated on the product page.

 

  1. GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES

All our products have been carefully selected from reputable brands and are fit for their intended purpose.

Since we are not the manufacturer of these products, we cannot maintain the accuracy of the ingredient lists on this website. However, because raw ingredients listings are subject to change due to INCI, we cannot guarantee that these lists are complete, up-to-date and/or error-free. For an accurate listing of ingredients in each product, please refer to your product packaging.

 

  1. RETURNS / REFUNDS

Please contact us at info@naturalhairculture.com  if you have any issues with your order. Our helpful team will be able to help you with a return or refund if eligible. Due to the nature of the products, we only offer refunds for damaged/faulty products. We do not offer exchange or refunds.

 

We do not provide refunds or returns on international orders; we provide gift cards as exchange that can be used on your next order.

 

  1. CANCELLATION

Once the payment is done and the order is processed in by our warehouse, you cannot make any cancellation.

The system will automatically cancel your order if a transfer isn’t received within 48 hrs.

We will however put a manual stop to the cancellation if you send a proof of payment from a non MCB bank. We unfortunately cannot hold non paid orders for longer than 48 hrs due to the high demand and orders.

III.     PRIVACY POLICY

Natural Hair Culture respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated in strict confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible.

We will only use this information with your permission. Natural Hair Culture will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make it available to third parties who are involved in the execution of your order.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we handle your personal information if you are a visitor or user of the Natural Hair Culture website.

How and what personal data we collect

Personal Information

Natural Hair Culture Ltd collects the following personal information: user name, first name, last name, email address, telephone, address.

Contact Form

The following information is collected: name, username, email, phone, address, page visited, message posted.

Chat

This site provides a chat tool which connects visitors and users to our Customer Service department in order to respond to queries and assist where necessary. We collect information related to your name, email address, phone number and message in order to start the chat.

This information may be stored within the chat application for follow up and marketing purposes.

Purchasing Information

When you purchase any product with us though our secure online payment service, we collect any payment and related personal information required to complete the purchase and process the order. This includes your first name, last name, email address, telephone, billing and shipping address, payment option selected and related payment processing data (Juice by MCB, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card).

Comments and Reviews

Whenever you review our products, we collect your username, email and the contents of your review.

Analytics

When you use our site, we collect tracking information for statistical purposes.

This includes, amongst others: your browser type and language, the type of operating system you use, the name of your internet service provider, the searches you have made, the pages and products you have visited, etc.

Newsletters, Email Marketing and Sharing

We collect your email address if you opt-in to our Newsletter. This email address will be used to send you Newsletters as well as special offers or promotions related to your interests.

If you use our sharing feature, we collect information on the page (url and description) you are visiting so that it can be shared upon your request with third parties such as Facebook, Instagram Email, SMS.

We may from time to time launch surveys and contests in order to have your feedback on our services. In such case your name, email and answers will be collected by us.

How long we retain your data

If you create an account at Natural Hair Culture we store your data on our server so that you do not have to enter it with every new order. Your bank or credit card details are not visible to us.

Natural Hair Culture uses an SSL secured encryption protocol to encrypt and secure all data processed or transmitted through our site to our service providers.
