We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We will not be held responsible for any losses related to services in which the loss was a result of inaccurate information being provided by you or not being updated.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Order Processing
Upon checkout, you will need to provide an email address and a phone number so we can send you an order confirmation email and keep you up to date on your order. We will also send you a notification when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
We offer three types of payment:

Non MCB Transfers
This option can take a couple of business days, please send a proof of payment to info@naturalhairculture.com with your ‘order number’ as subject, to ensure that your order doesn’t get cancelled.

Option 3: PayPal Payment
When you are browsing, the prices displayed are in Mauritian Rupees ‘MUR’. However, as we ship internationally, our default currency in PayPal is in US dollars. This means that the checkout cart and your invoice is in MUR but the actual payment will be done in USD, with indication of conversion rate.
Our accounts team reconciles bank transfers twice per day (Mon-Fri) at 8 am and in the afternoon. Orders without transfers are automatically cancelled after 48 hrs (unless you have sent a proof of payment from a non MCB bank).
Our bank transfer policy
Our warehouse will dispatch your parcel once the funds are received. The system will automatically cancel your order if a transfer isn’t received within 48 hrs.
We will however put a manual stop to the cancellation if you send a proof of payment from a non MCB bank.
We unfortunately cannot hold non paid orders for longer than 48 hrs due to the high demand and orders.

Home Delivery (Mauritius)
We offer free home delivery across Mauritius for orders over Rs 2,500. For orders under Rs 2,500, a home delivery fee of Rs 150 is charged. We use our own delivery service who will deliver your parcel directly to your work or home address.
You should receive your order within 1-3 business days.
If an order is returned to us because you have not answered our phone call or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & delivery fee of Rs 150 to have it re-delivered.
Postal Delivery via Mauritius Post office (Mauritius & Rodrigues)
If you choose postal delivery service, your order will be registered and posted at the Mauritius parcel post office in the next business working day. We do send orders more than 2 kg via post.
Mauritius postal fee: Rs75
Rodrigues postal fee: Rs150
You should receive your order within 4-7 business days.
Please make sure that all details, including shipping addresses are correct before confirming your order.
We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, you are responsible for picking up the parcel at your local post office.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & home delivery fee of Rs 150 to have it re-delivered. We are not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and do not offer replacement packages.
If you have not received your parcel after 7 business days, please email us at info@naturalhairculture.com. We can only track your delivery after the requested 7 business days, so please wait for the latter prior to contacting us about your parcel delivery.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship via DHL Express to selected countries in Africa including Reunion, Kenya, South Africa, Seychelles and Madagascar. The international shipping cost is Rs 615 and the delivery time is 4-7 days.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs import duties (if applicable) levied by customs in your country.
Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship orders more than 2 kg.
Items in glass packaging are restricted for international shipping. Restriction relating to these items is indicated on the product page.
All our products have been carefully selected from reputable brands and are fit for their intended purpose.
Since we are not the manufacturer of these products, we cannot maintain the accuracy of the ingredient lists on this website. However, because raw ingredients listings are subject to change due to INCI, we cannot guarantee that these lists are complete, up-to-date and/or error-free. For an accurate listing of ingredients in each product, please refer to your product packaging.
Please contact us at info@naturalhairculture.com if you have any issues with your order. Our helpful team will be able to help you with a return or refund if eligible. Due to the nature of the products, we only offer refunds for damaged/faulty products. We do not offer exchange or refunds.
We do not provide refunds or returns on international orders; we provide gift cards as exchange that can be used on your next order.
Once the payment is done and the order is processed in by our warehouse, you cannot make any cancellation.
