General

At Natural Hair Culture, our goal is to provide professional, innovative and quality hair care services for all clients. Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies.

Booking your Appointment

You can schedule your appointment via the BOOK NOW or FACEBOOK CHAT buttons on this site or through Facebook, Instagram, or simply by calling us on +230 5446 6010.
No WhatsApp or mobile text message.
Appointment reminders: our team will call you 1 day before requesting you to confirm your appointment. 

Hair Preparation

Whether you are booked for a Curly hair cut or Afro cut, please ensure your hair is detangled and styled curly before your appointment. This will allow us to evaluate the shape of your curly hair, in order to determine the best direction to take for your curly cut.
Failure to do so, may be subject to an extra detangling fee of Rs100-200.

Cancellation

As we work with natural textured hair, every hour we book clients for is valuable to us. We understand that unexpected situations may occur and for that, we have the following Cancellation Policy in place.
Appointment reminders requesting you to confirm your appointment with us are sent via text message and email at least three-four days in advance of all appointments.
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment by calling us on +230 5446 6010 or by leaving a message on the FACEBOOK CHAT BUTTON or Facebook page or by Instagram.

Guests & Children

For the comfort of all clients, you should not be accompanied by more than one guest.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given by phone prior to the appointment.

Tardiness
Please call for any tardiness.
If you arrive 60 minutes late you have forfeited your appointment.

Food
Due to COVID- 19 precautions, all food and drink is prohibited in the salon.

Payment
We accept Cash, Juice, Credit and Debit Cards and Natural Hair Salon Gift Cards. We do not accept checks.
